Voronezh region subjected to massive drone attack

Last night, the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation was subjected to a large-scale attack by numerous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Regional leadership and local authorities have confirmed that air defense systems were intensively activated.

According to reports, the city of Voronezh, Novovoronezh, and six different districts of the region were targets of the drones. Initial official statements report that about 18 UAVs were neutralized by air defense forces.

Governor Alexander Gusev addressed the population regarding the incident, urging them to strictly follow safety rules. The consequences of the attack and the scale of the damage are currently being clarified by local emergency services.
