UCA Courses in San Roque: Loquillo, Migrant Children, and Culinary Show
UCA courses in San Roque diverse - The Spanish city of San Roque hosts the 44th courses of the University of Cadiz (UCA). This year's event welcomes participants with a rich and diverse program covering culture, gastronomy, and social topics. At the solemn opening of the courses, the famous Spanish rock performer Loquillo took the stage, generating great interest.

Loquillo captivated the audience with his speech dedicated to his activities in music and literature. He explained how art reflects and shapes reality, stating that "to turn truth into a story, you need to embellish it." The artist also reaffirmed his unique place in the art world by emphasizing his independent spirit and individual style.
The second day of the courses was dedicated more to social issues. The main topics of the day were the situation of migrant children, as well as the importance of affordable and quickly prepared foods. This session discussed the challenges faced by children from vulnerable segments of society, while also exploring various aspects of food culture.
Gastronomy and culinary art hold an important place at the event. Participants had the opportunity to attend various culinary workshops. In particular, workshops organized on the topic of "inclusive croquettes" visually demonstrated how different cultures and social groups can unite through food.
These courses, organized jointly by the San Roque City Council and UCA, present a unique synthesis of education and entertainment by combining culture and gastronomy with social responsibility. This event creates an opportunity for both local residents and guests to gain unforgettable experiences and acquire new knowledge.
