Why did Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit to Baku not take place?
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's absence from the international event organized in Baku has sparked widespread discussions in both public and political circles. Although many expected the head of state to arrive in our capital, the visit did not happen.

According to official information, changes in the Turkish leader's work schedule and other urgent state obligations prevented his visit to Baku. There is no information indicating that any serious political reason or disagreement lies behind this event.
We would like to remind you that the strategic alliance relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey are developing at the highest level. The leaders of the two countries regularly meet on various international platforms and discuss issues of regional and global importance.
According to experts, the failure of the visit to materialize stems entirely from technical and scheduling issues. The dynamics of relations between the two brotherly countries are strong enough not to be shaken by such minor interruptions.
