Mass protests in France: curfew imposed in four cities
Amid ongoing large-scale protests and public disorder in France, a curfew has been declared in four major cities of the country as part of emergency measures. Authorities stated that this decision was inevitable to prevent further escalation of tension and to ensure security.

Among the settlements where restrictions have been applied is the city of Lille, where the "Galatasaray" football club is scheduled to play on Wednesday within the framework of the UEFA Champions League. This situation has caused serious concern among the sports community and fans.
Based on the decision of the local executive authority and police departments, going out into the streets during nighttime hours has been banned. At the same time, strict restrictive rules regarding the movement of public transport and the organization of mass events have come into force.
The French government has deployed additional police forces to the regions in order to keep the situation under control. Official bodies are expected to provide additional information in the near future regarding how the protests will affect the football match and the security environment in the city.
