Donald Trump starts reconstruction work at golf course ignoring court decision

Former US President Donald Trump has unveiled new plans to carry out large-scale repair and construction work at a golf course located in Washington. What is noteworthy is that this step is being taken despite court bans and strict warnings.

Judicial authorities had previously expressed strong dissatisfaction regarding the cutting down of trees and the carrying out of construction work in that area. In particular, the Department of Justice's indifferent approach to this process was deemed unacceptable by the judges.

Local residents and environmentalists are opposed to the expensive golf project that Trump plans to implement in East Potomac Park. According to them, this project causes serious harm to the publicly used area and the environment.

Meanwhile, Trump's team has stated that the process of updating the golf course will be implemented rapidly. Currently, legal disputes between the parties continue and tension remains high.
