Attack on Belgorod region: Dead and injured reported

Russia's Belgorod region has once again been subjected to intensive strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. According to information disseminated by official sources and local news agencies in the region, casualties among civilians have been recorded as a result of the attacks.

During the incident, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) struck a car, resulting in the death of a woman. Overall, it is reported that six people sustained bodily injuries of varying degrees as a result of the attacks. Emergency medical assistance was provided to the wounded.

The strikes targeted not only residential areas but also infrastructure facilities. According to statements by local authorities, an enterprise and a critical infrastructure facility in the region suffered serious damage. Emergency services are currently operating at the scene.

Russia's Air Defense (AD) systems attempted to neutralize a number of UAVs over the region. Nevertheless, some of the devices reached their targets, causing destruction. It is noted that the situation in the region remains tense and security measures have been further strengthened.
