Aleks Baena: Atletico Madrid fights for victory until the last minute

Álex Baena: "Atletico Madrid's determination to win doesn't fade until the last minute"

The performance displayed by Atletico Madrid in the latest round of the Spanish La Liga has attracted the attention of the football community. Villarreal star player Álex Baena specifically noted the opposing team's strong willpower.

Baena stated that the Madrid representative believes they will secure a victory until the very last seconds of the match. According to him, this exact characteristic is the main factor that saves Atletico even in the most difficult moments.

Recall that in their last match, Atletico achieved a narrow-margin victory over Espanyol, securing three crucial points. Despite the tense nature of the game, Diego Simeone's team did not stop fighting until the very end.

The sports press interprets Baena's thoughts as high praise for Atletico's playing philosophy. The winning spirit demonstrated by the team has been met with approval by both fans and experts.
